As with many major retail developments the planning stage is a key part of a lengthy process.  This development incorporates a major national supermarket combined with non-food retail and car parking in an urban setting.

BCM have worked with the team to develop a servicing strategy which will provide practical building services solutions with integrated renewable energy and carbon reduction solutions which enables the scheme to meet strict sustainability criteria.
